We may from time to time revise the Consumer Information Notice, Product Labels & Safety Data Sheets, and Program Information at anytime with out notice. We are constantly developing new pest control methods and repellents so we can offer the best possible protection. Consumer Information Notice: This CONSUMER INFORMATION NOTICE (CIN) provides customers with information about the products that we may be using as part of the program for your property. This CIN lists any label precautions for the products listed below that you should be aware of. You should also be aware that you may request notification of the exact dates of any pesticide application, and a copy of the label for each pesticide that will be used. Be aware that sanitation, as well as physical and biological control measures should be considered as a part of a good pest control program. Pesticides may be used as another part of a good pest control program. Pesticides are substances used to control living organisms and vary in degree of toxicity. We are also required to provide the following phone numbers for your use in the event you have any health-related questions concerning the materials that we may use.

Product Labels & Safety Data Sheets: Customers may request written copies of product labels and Safety Data Sheets, send an email to, call 908-867-4226, or mail a letter to our office at the address listed on your invoice.


Billing: For our programs we do not charge per application. You pay a single monthly charge for each month of protection. Normal programs have 1 application per month while other Plus programs include more applications per month depending on the exact program you choose.

In General: While we strive for 100% protection, our service averages 95% effectiveness. Our applications are rain-fast once dry, about 15 minutes depending on weather conditions. If it rains before your application dries, we will return the next service day to repeat the application. Service dates will vary due to weather, holidays, and scheduling.

Service Calls: Customers that request 2 or more service calls per year may be required to upgrade their program. While this is rare, we need to ensure our customers do not abuse our satisfaction guarantee.

Please Note: Every property is different and we custom tailor our programs for the best possible protection. In some cases this means everything on the property needs to be treated throughout the entire year. This allows us to create tailored service plans that work best for you and your landscape.

Updated Consumer and Program Information: We reserve the right to modify this Consumer and Program Information at any time. If we decide to change our Consumer and Program Information, we will post those changes to this Consumer and Program Information and any other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
